INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS

All trip offers to be found under the products menu are organized according to the base activity program defined for the period between each year´s October 1st and May 31th. The rest of the year requires asking for availability and prices in the "Contact us" menu.

All activities offered in our products are guaranteed to be carried out by professionals and companies of the region: this makes sure a perfect knowledge of the environment where the activities will take place. Also, activities will be always taught by qualified guides or instructors for each activity and that use approved material and equipment for the activities to be carried out successfully.

The programmed activities may request the fulfilment of security specification that is specific for each activity. Generally we remark that children under 14 years will need the parent’s company to participate in the activities and those under 16 will have to present their parent’s written authorization.

All of our activities are under civil liability and assistance insurances requested by the current laws. To ensure and guarantee the enjoyability of your trip, our products are completed with a trip-assistance insurance (included in the final price) that will assist you in problems that may occur while you’re with us.

Our compromise with the environment and cultural heritage of our region forces us to be extremely demanding on the preservations of the natural and cultural values of our land that allows us to enjoy this privileged space. A large part of our activities take place in protected areas (Nature Reserves) so we are in compliance with the permissions and authorizations that Junta de Andalucia´s Conserjería de Medio ambiente asks us to posess.
